By booking any tour, cruise, or service through our website, you agree to the terms below. If you have questions, please contact us.

Pricing

Prices shown are generally per person unless otherwise stated and may exclude tips, visa fees, insurance, food, accommodation, and personal services. Rates can change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, supplier pricing updates).

Methods of payment

We accept major debit and credit cards. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your transaction may appear on your statement with our company/processing name.

Confirmation of payment

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please ensure all booking information is accurate at the time of reservation. You may be asked to present the confirmation to redeem your booking.

Cancellation & no-show policy

Cancellation

Each tour or activity has its own cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to review the policy on the specific product page before booking. For combo bookings, if one service is cancelled, combo pricing may no longer apply and remaining services may be charged individually. Where applicable, visa fees are non-refundable.

No show

No refunds are provided for no-shows, unused tickets, missed services, or late arrivals that result in missed departures. Rescheduling may not be possible for confirmed services.

Cancellation procedure

To request a cancellation, please send a written notice to us via info@megayachtcruise.com or contact our support team via contact page. A cancellation is considered confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us.

Itinerary amendments

Routes, schedules, and services may change due to local conditions, operational requirements, weather, or other factors. When possible, we may offer alternatives of similar value. Minor adjustments may be made without reimbursement.

Hotel accommodation & check‑in/check‑out

When accommodation is part of a package, hotel check-in and check-out times are governed by the hotel’s policy. If a preferred hotel is unavailable, we may offer an alternative of similar standard.

Travel insurance

We recommend that travelers obtain travel insurance. We are not responsible for accidents, illness, injury, baggage loss, trip interruption, or trip cancellation.

Travel documents

Guests are responsible for carrying all necessary travel documents including passport/valid ID and any required visas. No refunds will be issued for inability to travel due to missing or invalid documents.

Website usage restrictions

Website content (including logos, images, and product details) is proprietary. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or use content for unlawful or commercial purposes without written permission.

Compliance

We do not provide services to individuals or entities from sanctioned jurisdictions where prohibited by UAE law and applicable regulations.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
